Help with legal costs after the protest against HPŽ'25

Everyone who stood up against the anti-women lobby in April deserves legal representation!

Last April over a thousand people filled the streets of Prague to protest against the march of czech pro-life lobby. The march is being organised every year and works as an incconecnt PR event for organisations such as Hnutí pro život (Pro-life Movement) and Aliance pro rodinu (Aliance for Family). Under the facade of pro-family politics these organisations and their leaders ultimately aim to restrict access to safe abortions and fight against queer and women's rights. They hold hight postitons within the czech govermental structures and have real inpact on the state's social politics.

Last year, thanks to the resistance in the streets the march didn't pass through the city. However there are repercussions – several dozen charges of misdemeanors totaling hundreds of thousands of crowns. We believe that the costs associated with legal assistance should not be borne by the accused alone. Therefore, we ask for your support and contributions!

Who will we help?

Dozens of those who bravely stood up against the restriction of reproductive rights on the streets of Prague in April 2025 are facing legal penalties. As is often the case, fines have also been imposed on people who were not even there, and they are higher than is usual in similar cases.

We don't get money from the US or Russia, or from oligarchs, so we have to turn to you. Our weapon is solidarity!
